DNR Construction, Inc. Is a family owned full service construction company specializing in the exterior restoration and reconstruction of single family, condominium, townhome complexes and commercial properties. We provide a wide array of services with one goal in mind—to provide professional service and quality workmanship for our customers.

DNR has become the largest weatherization contractor in the state of Illinois. We service many counties in the Chicagoland area including Dupage, Kane, DeKalb, Will, and Cook including the City of Chicago. Our projects include governmental programs and private sector. We have been voted “Contractor of the Year” by the Community Economic Development Association (CEDA) for 2004, 2005, and 2006.
Our company has been involved in historical restoration projects throughout the Chicagoland area from Frank Lloyd Wright residential type houses to large scale communities. We recently completed a window replacement project for the owner of Princeton Park Homes. The project consisted of replacing over 8,000 windows in 900 occupied units within 23 weeks. The project was a lead mitigation project and was overseen by the Chicago Health Department.

Our work force includes lead licensed employees and supervisors that allowed us to properly handle the removal and disposal of windows while implementing lead safe procedures. We are currently licensed in the City of Chicago and most of the surrounding municipalities and the State of Louisiana.

We are members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and The Association of Condominiums, Townhomes, and Homeowners Association (ACTHA). From these organizations and our work, we have formed solid relationships with many property management companies with our end goal to be viewed as a partner not just another vendor.
