DNR Construction, Inc.  is a true family owned construction company.  It is made up of four brothers, a cousin, sister and brother-in-laws. DNR Construction specializes in the exterior remodeling of single family, condominium, and townhome complexes. In addition, DNR has become the largest weatherization contractor in the state of Illinois.  We service many counties in the Chicago land area including DuPage, Kane, DeKalb, Will, and Cook including the City of Chicago. We are currently licensed in the City of Chicago and most of the surrounding municipalities.   Our projects include governmental programs, multi-unit complexes, and the individual homeowner.  We have been voted 4 times “Contractor of the Year” by the Community Economic Development Association (CEDA).  Although we specialize is larger scale jobs, we continue to service the individual homeowner, since this is the way we grew our company.  We believe the individual “word of mouth” is still our best form of advertising. Although we provide a wide array of services, We have one goal in mind—to provide professional service and quality workmanship for our customers.

   We are members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and The Association of Condominiums, Townhomes, Homeowners Association (ACTHA), and Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC).  From these organizations and our work, we have formed solid relationships with many property manager companies and homeowners with our end goal to be viewed as their partner not just another vendor.
